My name is Candice Miles and I migrated to San Diego over a decade ago. I am originally from the big city of Luling Texas. I have over a decade of experience in the world of leadership with start-ups and corporate, most of which have been as a people leader. I have worked in finance, servicing organizations, and contact centers. I am an open person who wants to help and meet the next generation of professionals.

 

I have a passion to share my experiences that may assist someone in their own career plans and growth. I’ve always been a big believer in lifelong learning and passing on my gavel of experience/insight and knowledge, and this is something I would like to do at this time in my own career. I’d like to mentor someone who likes discussing their day-to-day challenges and long-term goals, or who may be interested in a move to reverse engineer their goal into a plan. What I can offer is an open, honest dialogue based on my experiences and a willingness and interest in learning from the mentee. As much as mentees are seeking to learn from me, I often end up learning from them.

 

On a lighter side, I am a true introvert/extrovert who loves the outdoors, especially any activities that include adventure or a little competition. My family and family (friends turn to family) hold a place near and dear to my heart. My motto in life is to always fail forward. No matter what life brings your way, just your fave record on and dance!
